Automatic
Automatic is becoming more and more prominent with every passing day. We also offer driving lessons in automatic transmission vehicles for students that are interested in driving to drive automatic only.
Manual lessons
The most favoured transmission in the UK, and indeed Europe - our teachers are experts in teaching new drivers clutch control and how to shift smoothly to make the most out of a manual transmission.

I booked 4 hours of refresher lessons including motorway as I passed my driving test 6 years ago but hadn’t driven in 4 years. I was initially quite nervous about the idea of driving round a busy city as I’m used to driving on small country roads but my driving instructor Zia made me feel comfortable and relaxed straight away.
This is contrary to my driving instructor I had when first learning to drive who, albeit cheaper, would make me stressed when I made an error as he would grab the steering wheel and shout. Zia is a very calm and reassuring instructor and definitely worth the money as he has completely changed my idea of driving and I’m ready to get out on the busy roads by myself after all these years of busses!

After dropping my driving lessons for 2 years, Zia brought back my confidence in driving and knowledge in only 2 months and today I passed my practical test first time!! I would not have been able to achieve this goal so quickly with anyone other than Zia and red driving school. S YongZia Ahmed is an excellent driving instructor. He is polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about the driving test methods, roads, common questions and pitfalls. You will fail his mock tests almost every single time but you will pass your official test from the first time.
